Professional Packing & Unpacking Service in Ottawa & Gatineau: Save Time

Oleg, Vladimir & Radion are fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the job they did! They were so friendly, professional & efficient! I hired them to move my business from an hour outside of Ottawa into the city. Oleg met me ahead of time and viewed both places & what I was moving. I had several heavy appliances to be moved, and I was worried about them fitting in my new location. Oleg was very reassuring that they would put every effort into getting them in & put me at ease immediately. They had to carry in the fridges & freezers & flip them around to stand them up under a low ceiling. They moved a couch up a flight of stairs & it was heavy and not an easy fit. They were so friendly while they worked and had great senses if humour! They took a lot of care with everything they moved & the space. They worked quickly & efficiently, disassembled items, removed door hinges, and they put everything where I wanted. It was the easiest and least stressful move I've ever gone through & I can't recommend them enough!

UpMove led by Oleg is an excellent business. The team who helped us really cared about our belongings and were very efficient. They worked so hard to get the truck to fit for the load out and delivered early the next day as we moved cities. This team are pros and I would highly recommend to anyone moving within city and to a different city. Very clear pricing model with great communication for the clients. Thank you rod, Tanya, Nadia, old, Alex and Andrew for all your help. You guys are amazing

The guys were incredible! They were fast and courteous deapite having to carry all my stuff from a third-floor walkup. The move was super low-cost and effortless on my end. Im very happy with the result i highly recommend these guys for ANYONE planning a move.

I hired UpMove Ottawa to move me from my apartment unit to another unit. They showed up earlier than expected; but they gave me notice of the time change. Andrew and Rad were very efficient and friendly. They were very professional and the move went well. I was very impressed when I arrived at my new place to see the boxes neatly stacked. The furniture was well placed too. I would hire UpMove again when needed. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company for their move.

We were very impressed with Up Move staff who provided an estimate quickly and followed up with us prior to the move. Questions or concerns were responded to promptly and clearly. Oleg our mover called in advance of the move and arrived punctually. He was professional, courteous and good natured over the course of the move which ran longer than planned. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an outstanding moving experience with the three-person crew who handled our move in Kanata. They arrived right on time, were polite, professional, and worked incredibly efficiently. The estimate was spot on, and they handled everything with care. All our furniture was disassembled and reassembled perfectly. Truly a top-notch moving experience – highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Vladimir and Viktor today as they helped move my son and his girlfriend from their apartment into their new townhouse. Both of them were incredibly professional, efficient, and careful throughout the entire process. They handled everything with such expertise and made what could have been a very stressful day feel smooth and manageable. The new place has a lot of stairs, and honestly, we could not have done it without them. Their hard work, positive attitude, and attention to detail made all the difference. We sincerely appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers. Thank you, Vladimir and Viktor!

My fiancé and I had Nikita and Andrew as our Movers this past Sunday. Saying the professionalism was impeccable was an understatement. They cared for our belongs with care. They were extremely respectful and communicative. I will definitely recommend them for your next move! I know I will! Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great moving experience from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. Everything arrived safely, and their friendly attitude made the process stress-free. Transparent pricing and excellent service—I’d definitely use them again.

UpMove is a professional, fast and friendly moving company, that takes on any job with skill and speed. I hired UpMove for a move from a full-family sized house to another, around 5 bedrooms in each house. Despite the large size of the job, the UpMove guys made no problem of this and handled the big move with ease. They are clearly experienced professionals who have been doing this for years, and their skills were demonstrated in every part of the job — from the careful and smart wrapping of fragile items to ensure 0 damage to the customer’s belongings, to the lifting techniques that they employed to move large pieces of furniture up and down complicated stairways and narrow doorways. The team of three workers completed this big job in less than 5 hours, and I was left more than satisfied. These guys are clearly not amateurs, and in their efficient and friendly service it is hard to find anything bad to say about them. For these reasons I would, without a doubt, recommend choosing UpMove for your next move!
